Quality control starts with raw material selection. We have established a strict supplier audit mechanism, cooperating only with high-quality suppliers with complete qualifications. All raw materials must provide authoritative test reports, complying with industry and international environmental standards. Whether it is TPU, EVA raw materials, PU foam materials or fabrics, multi-dimensional testing is conducted, and unqualified raw materials are rejected to eliminate quality hazards from the source.

During production, we adopt a three-level control of “pre-production trial production, in-production inspection, and post-production sampling inspection”. Small-batch trial production is conducted before production to confirm process parameters; inspectors sample and test core processes every hour during production, and shut down the machine immediately for adjustment if problems are found; comprehensive inspection is conducted according to AQL standards after production to ensure that product size, hardness, fit and other indicators meet the standards.

Before delivery, we conduct comprehensive inspections on each batch of products in terms of appearance, size, performance and safety, and only deliver them when all are qualified. At the same time, the factory adopts clean room standards, regularly maintains and calibrates production equipment, and establishes a complete quality traceability system to ensure the stable and controllable quality of every insole.
