EVA Support Insoles

The insole is made of high-elastic EVA material with excellent cushioning performance, which can effectively absorb ground impact during walking and exercise, greatly reduce pressure on the soles and heels, relieve foot fatigue caused by long standing and walking, and maintain long-lasting cushioning without collapse.

A rigid TPU heel cup is embedded in the heel position, which deeply wraps the heel, provides powerful support and stability, effectively corrects heel stress, prevents heel valgus and Achilles tendinitis, improves sports stability, protects the ankle joint, and is suitable for high-intensity sports such as running and jumping.

Cushioning pads of different hardness are configured in the three main stress areas of the forefoot, arch and heel: the yellow high-elastic pad in the forefoot buffers the impact of pushing off the ground, the black support pad in the arch strengthens the arch support, and the yellow pad in the heel relieves the landing pressure, fully adapting to the foot’s force logic.

The arch is designed with a raised support structure, which fits the physiological curve of the human foot, effectively supports the arch, improves discomfort caused by flat feet, high arches and fallen arches, corrects gait, disperses plantar pressure, and relieves foot strain.

The TPU support structure in the arch area has anti-torsion performance, effectively preventing the insole from deforming and bending during exercise, improving foot stability, avoiding the risk of spraining, and adapting to various sports scenarios such as running and basketball.

Ventilation diversion grooves are opened on both sides of the arch, combined with the breathable velvet fabric, forming a circulating ventilation system, accelerating air circulation in the shoe, eliminating stuffiness and sweaty feet, and keeping feet dry and comfortable.
